Tip of the Week

Tips for Tilts!

  • Always start in first position!

  • Underneath leg must be turned out and strong!

  • Coordinate your arms with the developèe action of your leg to engage your back!

  • Stretching is good but hip strengthening of the deep six rotator muscles is better!

  • Make sure the body moves out of the way to allow the 180 degree leg.

  • Don't collapse the sides of your body!

  • Elongate your neck to finish the line!
