Monday was the day I went food shopping throughout the pandemic. I swore I’d never be one of those people that set a specific time to do chores and to be honest before the pandemic my life never really allowed for such scheduling and it’s already beginning to prove tricker to be as scheduled with my food shopping trips as life resumes. However I’m going to try my best to stick to it. Why? Because planning a schedule helps with ones work life balance and planning your time effectively means you can plan more free time as well. Free time is underrated. Time is one of the best things you can have to reach your goals.

Say it out loud!

Do you know that your good at what you do? A lot of the time we are oblivious to our strengths focusing only on what we can’t do or what we don’t have. As humans we often deflect compliments, that’s understandable as we don’t want to be cocky but always dismissing the knowledge that you’re actually pretty good at something in the long term discounts how good you really are. If you don’t believe it, how will other people
