Rosina Andrews Ltd is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. You should understand that when participating in any dance exercise or dance exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. Rosina Andrews Limited is not liable for any injuries or accident that occur during or after participating in the classes.

By completing this waiver, you as a studio owner confirm that you have access to all participants emergency contact information.

Rosina Andrews Ltd requests the permission to take photos and videos of the classes and use them for promotional material, and so we ask that you have consent from your pupils regarding media usage.

We ask that all dancers are appropriately and modestly dressed, We prefer dancers to wear tights or shorts instead of briefs, leotards and bare legs.

Rosina Andrews Limited is committed to providing safe and effective supplementary dance education taught by experienced, insured and qualified instructors.
