Based on the Rosina Andrews Method. The day will include her iconic Pirouette Surgery®and Leap Surgery®, alongside her uplifting Contemporary Artist Development class.
The workshop will begin with a Safe Stretch & Strength warm-up led by Samuel Downing Personal Trainer followed by Rosina’s technique and artistry sessions. Suitable for dancers aged 9+ or an equivalent of Grade 4 modern.
