Rosina and her team host open workshops in London's iconic studios throughout the year. Her Dance Smarter Intensives and Summer/Winter Dance Days are open to all dancers 9+ and are a great way to experience the dance industry in a safe and nurturing environment.

Rosina offers private lessons both in person and more popularly online. These sessions can help dancers clarify technique, boost confidence and clean/create competition or audition pieces. Rosina's husband Samuel Downing PT also offers online training sessions for dancers specialising in stretch and strength.
Rosina and her team travel the world offering workshops direct to studios based upon her Pirouette and Leap Surgery Books and artist development workshops.

Rosina offers a seasonal training program on a Sunday in Milton Keynes for dancers aged 11+ and grade 4 or equivalent.
Sessions include Strength, Stretch, Artist Development and Mindset.

Rosina's 'Elite Collaborative Summer School' otherwise known as ELITESS returns for a week every August to inspire and enhance top level jazz and contemporary dancers aged 10-22.
Next years Summer School will launch for booking in January 2026.

Rosina Andrews will offers a small number of students and teacher per year the opportunity to be mentored by her.
These dancers and teacher aged 14+ can be dancers who perform recreationally or those who aspire for a career in the industry; they should be determined and want to really change the way they think about the tasks and trials they encounter as they follow their dreams.
For the dancer or teacher who's lost, confused, passionate, scared, excited, shy, disheartened, who'd like to become empowered, successful and inspired.
Rosina Andrews REMOTE is a library of over 100 classes available to download so dancers and dance teachers can virtually attend classes with dance pioneer Rosina Andrews and her team. From technique focus lessons working on specific leaps, turns and extensions, to stretch classes, conditioning classes, choreography classes and also mindset sessions.
All the videos have been recorded in a class setting made easy for a dancer to follow along and self correct from specialist cues and corrections.
Rosina is also available for guest speaking, appearances and professional choreography engagements. Rosina understands the cohesion required of all elements to provide the complete package whilst working efficiently and empathetically as a leader or part of a team.
