Dancing Smarter starts with how you think.

Each year, Rosina Andrews accepts a small number of dancers aged 14+ and teachers for individual mentorship and coaching.

This is for people who are ready to challenge their thinking, build confidence and take meaningful action towards their goals.

Whether you’re a recreational dancer who wants to develop further, a dancer aspiring to a career in the industry, or a teacher looking for renewed direction, mentorship provides space to work through the challenges that can stand between where you are now and where you want to be.

For the dancer or teacher who feels lost, confused, passionate, scared, excited, shy or disheartened,but knows they want more.

The goal is to help you become empowered, purposeful, successful and inspired.

Mentorship places are deliberately limited each year. Rosina works closely with each mentee, meaning spaces are highly selective and often fill well in advance.
